About the role

As a receptionist, you are the face of our organization and the first point of contact for our students, clients, and visitors. This is a casual position with varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive visitors
• Handle bookings and client inquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
• Cash handling and basic administration
• Support teachers and other staff as needed
• Ensure the reception and premises are welcoming and tidy

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high level of service awareness and a professional approach
• Is flexible and able to step in with short notice
• Has good computer skills and finds it easy to learn new systems
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and preferably English
• Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented

Advantageous

• Experience in reception work or customer service
• Interest in health, wellness, or body therapies
